Payment

Payment Is typically made at the time of inspection. If a check is to be sent, It must be received within one week of the inspection or a 15% late charge will be added to the total.

NOTE: All pricing is subject to change without notice. Property locations over 35 miles, add $25.00

PLEASE NOTE: With any home inspection, some properties are in worse shape than others. If for any reason we feel that the total time involved, to perform the inspection and write up the report, will take considerably more time than that of a comparative inspection (on a house of equal size and age), we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

Payment can be made through escrow, however a $100 additional charge will be added for the convenience/wait. Maximum allowable time (for "escrow payment") will be three months from the day of inspection. At that time payment must be made immediately (whether still in escrow or not), along with the additional $100 fee. This is acknowledged when agreement is made for an escrow payment.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hr. advanced notice of cancellation is required, or a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. By setting up an appointment, either verbal or written, this policy is acknowledged and understood.
